A Little Bit About Draknor Designs

Draknor Designs was created in November, 2007. Since then we have been involved in more than a dozen websites and counting! We do most of our work here in Fort Worth, Texas. We do hire outside work for some of our services from time to time as well. While Robert lived in Austin, Texas he met a number of very talented artists and designers. Many of them still occasionally do work for him today. It was an important goal for us to get perspectives of our work from a variety of sources, and by surrounding ourselves with talented and creative designers we feel we have achieved this goal.

Robert Leonard, Owner/Head Designer

Robert Leonard was born here in Fort Worth, Texas. As a child he moved to the capital city, Austin, where his father was a member of the State House of Representatives. There he met his wife while attending Westlake High School, though that would not happen until many years later. The two were married on March 25, 2006. Not large fans of the wild Austin nights, they moved back to Robert's hometown in June of the same year, where they live still.

Robert has been involved in the internet since its conception. At the age of 12, he wrote his first website. A year later he designed his high school's first website a year before he attended. Like many businesses, web development changes quickly, and he takes keeping up with the standards of today very seriously. With more than a decade of experience, Robert decided to turn his interest into a business here in the Fort Worth area. And before the official opening of Draknor Designs he had already been hired to design a handful of websites.

Robert's family has a long history of Business in the Fort Worth area dating back to the early 1900's when his great grandfather and his brother owned the Leonard Brothers Department Store. With creative planning and strategic management styles Obediah Paul and John Marvin Leonard built an empire that still sits in the hearts of Fort Worth citizens today. Robert hopes to carry on such a rich family tradition.
